Kohler Co. is looking for an experienced people leader in product management as a Sr Product Manager – Styling Space that will guide the vision and strategy across multiple product lines in our North America Styling Space business. The Sr Product Manager will serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams that develop innovative and trend-right products for the wholesale and ecommerce channels based on your strategic guidance.
This role will lead a team of product management professionals responsible for new product development strategy and execution, voice of the customer, innovation, and category performance. You will be joining a strong global brand committed to living on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.

Product Development
- Fundamental understanding in new product development, manufacturing, forecasting, and production planning for durable goods
Specific Responsibilities
Lead a product management professional to deliver category strategy & business objectives
Partner with new product development teams & Channel Managers to develop and execute cross-category strategies based on business objectives.
Manage priorities and resources across product categories
Deliver business objectives for the category including New Product Vitality, Sales Growth, Market Share, and Operating Margin
Leverage analysis and insights to drive decision making of new product scopes and business strategies
Develop a complete understanding of the customer and competitive landscape including innovation, products, pricing, trends
Create and lead engaging presentations to all levels internal and external that clearly articulate product value, business strategies, data and insights and other information
Collaborate with the sales & channel leaders to build insights and other requests to drive business growth
Develop relationships with customers, sales, new product development, and other stakeholders that can contribute to the development of new product and business ideas
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (business, marketing, finance or engineering preferred). MBA preferred.
Minimum 5-years of experience in product management or combination of experience in adjacent functions (Innovation, Trends, Strategy, channel, etc)
Proven ability to establish and execute a multi-year product strategy & vision
Hands-on, detail oriented, energetic, and results-driven
Travel to trade shows, manufacturing plants, and customers as needed, approximately 25%.
Hybrid work mode 3 days/week in Kohler, WI

The salary range for this position is $138,350 - $177,900. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
