Sr. Product Analyst, Sterling Toilets

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Hybrid at Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Kohler Co. is looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and analytics to join the Toilet Category Strategy Team. You will be joining a leading global brand committed to living on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.

The Product Analyst will support product managers by leading comprehensive analysis and making recommendations to delight customers and drive business results. This role is focused on the Sterling Brand Toilet Product Category within the Professional Channel. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop consumer insights, monitor the competitive landscape, develop forecasts, make pricing recommendations, develop business strategies, and execute new products and launch plans. This is a high impact role that provides exposure to many functional areas.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Partner with new product development teams to develop insights needed to live on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.

  • Lead analysis for marketing and business team, formulate and test hypothesis and present recommendations.

  • Develop a complete understanding of the customer and competitive landscape including innovation, products, pricing, trends and market share.

  • Create and lead engaging presentations to all levels internal and external that clearly articulate product information, business strategies, data and insights and other information

  • Collaborate with the channel marketing and sales organization on product needs, sales samples and other requests to drive business growth.

  • Draft internal and external communications highlighting new product launches and sales tools.

  • Develop relationships with customers, sales, new product development, and other stakeholders that can contribute to the development of new product and business ideas

  • Demonstrate competency in the following: Drive Continuous Improvement, Set High Standards of Performance, Focus on the End Customer, and Build Trust.

  • Support forecasting and financial planning activities

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience with a track record of high performance in academics or a work setting.

  • Travel to trade shows, manufacturing plants, and customer as needed, approximately 10-20%.

The salary range for this position is $76,050 - $96,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
