This career opportunity is to join the growing stores team. This role is an analysis concentration with a customer service component. Its primary purpose is to optimize process and drive fiscal responsibility without compromising partner sentiment. It involves scrutinizing programs, identifying trends and areas for improvement. This role requires a keen eye for detail to uncover insights, analyzing data from various channels such as reward programs incentive programs and other essential interactions. You will convey findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders including sales, store operations teams and management.
Specific Responsibilities
Manage reward, incentive, and fulfilment services for the Kohler Stores in North America
Manage analysis and the examination of our reward, investment, fulfilment programs to drive optimal return on investment.
Manage organization and communication of program updates. Acting as a liaison for the sales team, distributor partner and external vendor where necessary
Identify and share patterns, seasonality discovered through programs with merchandising, inventory and cross functional partners
Drive cost avoidance and identify and escalate program flaws through detailed analysis
ROI assessment weighing the costs versus the benefits of the program implementation
Evaluate the profitability and sustainability of the program
Drive strategy on program optimizations and future investment
Responsible to report out weekly where applicable
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
5+ years of experience supporting fleet expansion, basic understanding of cross functional responsibilities within a retail environment,
Experience of working with Microsoft Suite, SAP
Knowledge of product catalog Kohler Family of Brands
Strong desire to build relationships and drive a key strategic initiative within a heritage brand.
Is a self-starter that has strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to convey and outline key expectations and actions needed?
Must be a strong conceptual thinker, able to understand the larger strategy of the experience and business expectations.

The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $87,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
