Product Manager, Kohler Brand 2PC Toilets

Work Mode: Hybrid

Opportunity

Kohler Co. is looking for a Product Manager with exceptional critical thinking skills and a passion for innovation and analytics to lead Kohler’s 2PC Toilet Category for the Professional Channel. You will be joining a strong global brand committed to living on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.

The Product Manager will be tasked with driving vitality and growth in the Kohler’s 2PC toilet category. This role will identify and prioritize needs, define customer requirements, and lead the go-to-market strategy for the Professional Channel. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies for new products, manage pricing and forecasting, and execute strategic plans. Collaboration between cross-functional team members including sourcing, supply chain, engineering and industrial design will be vital in the success of this role. This high impact role is accountable for the financial performance of the assigned category.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Partner with new product development teams to develop insights needed to live on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.

  • Lead analysis for assigned category and/or support other category leads to develop insights, formulate and test hypothesis and present recommendations.

  • Develop a complete understanding of the customer and competitive landscape including innovation, products, pricing, trends and market share.

  • Create and lead engaging presentations to all levels internal and external that clearly articulate product information, business strategies, data and insights and other information

  • Collaborate with the channel marketing and sales organization on product needs, sales samples and other requests to drive business growth.

  • Draft internal and external communications highlighting new product launches and sales tools.

  • Develop relationships with customers, sales, new product development, and other stakeholders that can contribute to the development of new product and business ideas

  • Lead marketing planning and execution to drive growth in wholesale and digital channels.contribute to trade shows and sales meetings.

  • Demonstrate competency in the following: Drive Continuous Improvement, Set High Standards of Performance, Focus on the End Customer, and Build Trust.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years product marketing experience with strong analytical and presentation skills

  • Hands-on, detail oriented, energetic and results-driven

  • Experience with Ecommerce focused product development and/or marketing

  • Travel to trade shows, manufacturing plants, and customer as needed, approximately 25%

  • Hybrid role - Kohler WI - 3 days/week onsite

The salary range for this position is $107,650 - $137,150. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
