Manager, Sales and Operation Holistic Planning

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Hybrid at Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Responsible for leading the Sales and Operations Planning process for Holistic planning for KBNA across all categories and sites.

Manage the S&OP reconciliation process for all categories and warehouses through a disciplined and well-communicated approach resulting in dollarized shipment forecast.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Short-term constraints – supply or site related

  • Difference between demand and supply plan by quarter by category/plant/site

  • Changes from Last month to this month by quarter by category/plant/site

  • Capacity and scheduling challenges and plan of action – supply planning collaboration

  • New products introduction – collaboration between category and sites

  • Network design changes

  • Backlog and supply projections and targets – coordinating with supply

  • Weekly integrated shopfloor for MTD projections

  • Financial reconciliation including rebates, contingency, pricing changes etc

Skills/Requirements

  • Minimum college degree required, preferably in Supply Chain – Materials Logistics; MBA preferred.

  • APICS CPIM certification preferred

  • Management. Must have knowledge of Sales and Operations planning processes.

  • 3+ years experience in S&OP Management

  • Strong background in Supply Chain, Logistics and / or Manufacturing. Specifically, implementation and use of Advance Planning Tools such as SAP’s APO DP and SNP.

The salary range for this position is $89,800 - $114,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
