Human Resource Analyst

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Hybrid - Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Under the direction of the Senior Manager – HR Analytics & Workforce Planning, the HR Analytics Analyst is responsible for providing HR analytics & workforce planning services, analysis, and reporting to HR and operational leadership teams.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR to define business programs, gather data and conduct analyses, and create data visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights. Build strong partnerships with HR and business leaders. Expert user of analytics business intelligence tools dashboards (Visier, PowerBI, Excel) and able to support administration responsibilities within each tool.

  • Provide communication of self-service options, resources, and current workforce insights to HR partners. Maintaining records of guidance, metrics definitions, and other support materials for end-users.

  • Provide ongoing support/advisement on data utilization, definitions, standards, analytics, and processes to HR partners.

  • Support workforce planning process by providing guidance on headcount planning, workforce planning with forecasting, and strategic workforce planning aligned to capability needs assessment.

  • Provide data-driven insights for enterprise-wide strategic priorities and projects to HR and business leaders to solve business challenges. Perform in-depth analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills around how to solve HR problems using data.

  • Ability to effectively analyze and synthesize large amounts of data into relevant insights.

  • Ability to tell stories with data and to present data in a logical, concise matter.

  • Experience in statistical analysis with knowledge of metrics, data, and reporting. Ability to perform in-depth analysis.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate analytics to a non-technical audience.

  • High professional standards for customer service, confidentiality, and quality of work.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Degree in human resources, statistics or behavioral sciences preferred

  • A minimum of two years of data analytics experience in human resources required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment.

  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.

  • Proficiency in Data Visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Visier, OneModel, HCM) is preferred.

  • Proficiency in statistics preferred.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $63,100 - $79,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
